After an enlightening meditation & yoga retreat in Bali, I committed to living a life I didn't need a vacation from.
This dream led to a quest to breathe deeply and find peace of mind by studying restorative practices and training to be a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Global Institute of Forest Therapy. I'm happy to say I've been living anxiety free since December 2020. Today, I live an untethered life as a digital nomad tuning into my intuition as the guide in my life and in supporting others.
I am dedicated to helping my clients flourish by slowing down, helping them feel calm and grounded, and reconnecting with nature and themselves.

Everything You Need to Flourish in Your Personal and Working Life
REIKI ENERGY HEALING
An ancient practice that for centuries has been used to heal the mind, body, and spirit, creating many beneficial effects, including relaxation and reduction of stress. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei), which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. When Ki is strong and free-flowing, a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. Reiki helps to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and gently balances the life energies.
I offer in-person and remote Reiki sessions.
The forest has many gifts to offer us if we slow down and open up our senses to receive them. Forest bathing was inspired by ancient Shinto and Buddhist practices and has been practiced in Japan since the 1980s as a natural, low-cost way to manage stress-related diseases caused by an overstimulated, stressful modern lifestyle.
I offer a range of forest therapy options, including corporate groups and virtual experiences that can be customized to your needs.
This session is for you if you are interested in starting a meditation practice or deepening your meditation practice with the guidance of a coach.
These sessions are conducted over zoom. Each one-hour session starts with a short grounding meditation and ends with a personalized guided meditation. We begin by discussing where you are on your meditation journey and what might be getting in the way. We discuss different styles of meditation and co-create a plan with suggested meditations to begin with, creating a meditation space and practice.
As a meditation coach, I support you with accountability, discussing your experiences while in meditation, and working together on a focused practice.
Mindfulness and forest therapy can harness the power of slowing down to reconnect teams, improve mental health, boost morale, and improve communication while having fun. The team will enjoy an outdoor office for a day with a three-hour guided forest experience. For remote teams, virtual experiences are available from the comfort of their homes.
For larger teams and conferences, I bring the forest indoors and provide valuable tools to incorporate mindfulness and nature into daily life as a guest speaker and facilitator.
Customized team events include experiences focused on wellbeing, collaboration, and team building.
Participants report experiencing greater mental clarity, enhanced creativity, increased sense of relaxation and well-being, reduced stress and feeling more connected to themselves, their colleagues and nature.
